These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.trystackably.com (the “site”), operated by Elevated Payments, LLC (“Elevated Payments,” “we,” “us”), an authorized Stackably partner. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About this site
This site provides information about Stackably, a booking, point-of-sale, and payments platform provided by Full Stack Payments, and lets you request a call or book a demo. Elevated Payments markets and supports Stackably as an authorized partner. Stackably and related names and logos are the property of their respective owners.
Information on the site
Pricing, savings, and feature information on the site is general and may change. Any estimate is not a quote. Your actual pricing and terms are set out in the agreements you sign if you become a customer.
Your use of the site
You agree to provide accurate information in any form you submit, to submit information only about yourself or a business you are authorized to represent, and not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by automated means.
SMS Terms
Program. Elevated Payments, an authorized Stackably partner, sends text messages about Stackably to people who opt in on this site. Messages relate to your request for information, scheduling and reminders for calls and demos, and setting up your Stackably account.
How you opt in. You opt in by submitting a form on this site. Next to the submit button, the form states that by submitting you agree that Elevated Payments may call and text you at the number provided about Stackably. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder’s permission, to opt in.
Third-party services
The site may link to or use services provided by others, such as demo scheduling by Full Stack Payments. We are not responsible for third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevated Payments will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
